As you may already know, yogurt makes a great snack, breakfast, or addition to your lunch every day. Yoplait is one of my favorite brands of yogurt when I am trying to lose weight because of all of the great flavors and textures of yogurt that they make. I recently had the opportunity to try Yoplait Thick & Creamy Yogurt and it is just that - thick and creamy. And mighty tasty!

The folks at Yoplait don't just want you to take my word for it - they want to share a basket of goodies with 2 of my readers as well!
