Giveaway: Bob Evans Farmhouse Feast - CLOSED

Does the picture to the left make you drool? Because it is making me drool! As you all know, Thanksgiving is nearly upon us, and with it comes family time, lots of cooking and stuffing ourselves until we are silly.

I will be the first to admit that the holidays have always been about home cooking for me. I have never eaten at a restaurant for Thanksgiving or Christmas, and there was a time when I would have never even considered it. However, I am now in my (wise, old) 30's, I have one child and another on the way, and quite honestly the thought of slaving away in the kitchen this year does not sound all that appealing to me. (Especially because I have been on a massive cooking strike since the day I found out I was pregnant!)

When the folks at Bob Evans first contacted me to see if I would be interested in trying out one of their Bob Evans Farmhouse Feasts, I tried to contain my excitement when I said "sign me up!!". After all, who does home cooking (away from home) better than Bob Evans? :-)

So what is a Bob Evans Farmhouse Feast? It is a family style meal that comes complete with Bob Evans’ signature slow-roasted boneless turkey breast (pre-cooked), bread and celery dressing, mashed potatoes with gravy, buttered sweet corn, green beans with ham, cranberry orange relish, rolls, a loaf of pumpkin bread and a pumpkin pie with whipped topping.

The Bob Evans Farmhouse Feast starts at $74.99 and serves 6-8 people. You can also choose both ham and turkey as your main dishes for an additional $22.99 after Thanksgiving. Additional breads, side dishes and desserts may also be added a la carte. In my opinion, when you consider the time and effort that goes into shopping for and preparing a meal, this really is a pretty good value for your money.

For Thanksgiving, you can learn more about the Farmhouse Feast (including preparation and heating instructions) and even place your order here. You can also call or visit your local Bob Evans Restaurant to place an order.

The Farmhouse Feast is also available for Christmas and anytime during December for holiday entertaining. The meals are fresh and made-to-order, but quantities are limited, therefore ordering early (at least 48 hours in advance) is highly recommended.

I am thrilled that Bob Evans has given me the opportunity to give one of my Columbus, OH Metro Area readers the chance to try a FREE Bob Evans Farmhouse Feast of their own!

What am I giving away?

1 Columbus OH area reader will receive a free Bob Evans Farmhouse Feast!

How can you win?
